Christen Harper, Lions WAGs party in booze-filled celebration

by Ohio Digital News

What happened on the party bus, ended up on Instagram.

The significant others of Lions players partied hard after Detroit’s 31-23 win against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the divisional round on Sunday.

The tequila was flowing after the Lions punched their ticket to the NFC Championship game for the first time in 32 years — and just the second time in franchise history.

Taking to her Instagram, Christen Harper, the model fiancée of Lions quarterback Jared Goff, shared a number of photos with the Lions’ WAGs, drinking custom Lions bottles of 1800 tequila on a party bus.

Kennedy Frazer, the fiancée of linebacker Malcolm Rodriguez; Lauren Wenzel, the girlfriend of linebacker Julian Okwara; Julia Raymond, who tied the knot with Lions wideout Kalif Raymond last July; Nicole Anderson, the girlfriend of running back Jahmyr Gibbs; and Isabelle Sewell, the wife of offensive tackle Penei Sewell, were tagged in the photos.

One Detroit WAG did a split in what appeared to be a crowded bar, as seen in another photo shared by Wenzel.

“See you in San Fran!!” Frazer wrote over a snap of the WAGs sipping drinks.

Harper modeled a Lions hat while on the party bus.

“If you ain’t first you’re last,” Piper Perkins, who shared the photo, wrote.

Harper also posted a photo of the crowd at Ford Field in Detroit, where one fan was holding a cardboard cutout of Goff as Jamie Kennedy’s character, Brad ‘B-Rad’ Gluckman, in the movie “Malibu’s Most Wanted” with the caption, “Don’t be hatin.”

Kennedy famously said the line in the comedy film, which was released in 2003.

The booze was flowing at the afterparty, which took place at an undisclosed club.

Wenzel posted a photo of bottle girls wearing Lions shirts and a lit-up sign that read: “Lions to the Super Bowl.”

The Lions’ WAGs had a lot to celebrate amid Detroit’s historic playoff run.

Goff finished 30 of 43 for 287 yards and had a stellar second half, which included an 89-yard touchdown drive capped by Amon-Ra St. Brown, who finished the game with eight catches for 77 yards and the touchdown..

The NFC North champion Lions (12-5) will face the top-seeded 49ers (12-5) in San Francisco on Sunday for a spot in Super Bowl 2024.
