Around midnight Monday, August 10th, more than 5,000 people were tuned into Toledo Police Department’s central channel making it a top scanner feed on many police scanner applications. Many people took to social media claiming a “purge” was happening. A reference to a popular movie of the same name. We’ll take a look at the events on the night of August 10th that triggered many to believe that a mass murder spree was underway here on the Dead Fed Files.
