The number of available homes for sale in Knox County Ohio has nearly doubled over the last month and this is a good thing. Buyers have choices now and many won’t have to pay over listing price and sellers who were afraid to list their home because there wasn’t anything to purchase now have choices. This will bring even more homes onto the market which could accelerate the housing market even further. I believe we will be experiencing a snowball effect with more homes available and more buyers buying over the next 3 to 6 months and it will feel like the summer housing market is happening during the fall and winter months as even more homes will become available.
