A Martins Ferry police officer responds to a traffic accident at the intersection of Ohio 7 and Hanover Street vehicles were involved little after 2 p.m. Wednesday. A dispatcher said in addition to the car pictured here, a tractor-trailer was involved. No injuries were reported.
