Interest rates are dropped in January along with housing inventory. Headlines in the news elude to a doom and gloom for situation for the housing market…but there is proof that it isn’t a likely future. There are large banks revising their projections for 2023 because of what is really going on.
As we don’t have a crystal ball to know what exactly is going to happen, we do have number numbers to show what is currently happening. For me I believe there is more to be positive about than not…but let me know what you think.
