PARKERSBURG — Roane County Route 15, Harmony Road, will be Closed on Tuesday, July 5, at milepost 8 between 8 a.m. and noon for a culvert replacement.
The road will be closed to all traffic.
Substantial Delays will occur on Jackson County Route 30/5, Lower Parchment Creek, Tuesday through July 15 from milepost 0.00 to 3.33 between 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. for a culvert replacement.
Substantial delays also are anticipated on Emerson Avenue and Wood County Route 3/8, Valley Mills Road, between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. weekdays beginning Tuesday through July 29 for road construction.
Mountaineer Contractors will perform blasting operations. Flaggers will maintain traffic.
A paving Project and shoulder stone placement on Jackson County Route 33/17, Conrad Hill Road, will begin Tuesday through Oct. 15 beginning at West Virginia 62 from milepost 0.00 to 1.87 between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Flaggers and a pilot truck may be used to maintain traffic flow. Minor delays are expected.
Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the schedules.
