E Street Band drummer Max Weinberg teased at Summerfest that Milwaukee might hear him with the Boss soon.
And now, it’s official.
After promising in May they’ll be touring in 2023, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band have announced the first 31 U.S. cities they’ll be hitting next year, from February to April — and Milwaukee is one of them.
The band will be at Fiserv Forum on March 7, their first show in town since playing “The River” front to back at the Bradley Center in March 2016.
The tour will be using Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan platform. Interested ticket buyers should register at verifiedfan.ticketmaster.com/springsteen now through July 17.
According to a press release: “All registrants who are verified will be equally eligible to receive a unique access code for the Verified Fan Onsale. Registering does not guarantee you will receive a code or have the ability to purchase tickets.”
The sale for verified fans will take place on ticketmaster.com from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. July 27. Any remaining tickets will be made available for sale to the general public through Ticketmaster beginning at 3 p.m. Central Time July 27.
Interested ticket buyers are highly advised to register for ticket access. Chicago is not included in the first leg of this tour, and the Milwaukee show is expected to sell out instantly.
Prices have yet to be announced.
