The vivo S60 series is now official in China with two members – the vivo S60 and S60 Vitality Edition. They share similar specs, but the S60 packs a more capable chipset and a 3x telephoto camera.

Both phones are built around 6.59-inch AMOLED displays with 2,750×1,260px resolution (1.5K) and a 120Hz refresh rate. According to vivo, you can expect up to 5,000 nits peak local brightness in HDR scenarios. You also get a 50MP front camera and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner on both.

The S60 features Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip paired with up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. The Vitality Edition gets MediaTek’s brand-new Dimensity 7500 with 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage.
Around the back, the S60 series features a familiar-looking camera island that resembles the iPhone 17 Pro series. Both phones feature 50MP main and 8MP ultrawide cameras. The regular S60 also gets a 50MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom.

Elsewhere, both devices share the same 7,200mAh battery with 90W wired charging and also feature IP68 and IP69 ingress protection. The software side is covered by OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.

vivo S60 and S60 Vitality Edition come in Starry Sea, Early Summer Green and Midsummer Night colors. Both phones will be available on open sale in China from June 3.

vivo S60 Vitality Edition starts at CNY 2,899 ($428/€366 converted) for the 8/256GB trim and goes up to CNY 3,499 ($516/€442 converted) for the 12/512GB version.
