Unit 669 of the Israeli Air Force remains actively engaged in operations deep within the Gaza Strip, strategically positioned alongside ground forces at key locations. Collaborating with Unit 5515 and the IAF’s Helicopter Rescue Squadron, the dedicated soldiers of Unit 669 have successfully evacuated more than 1,000 wounded soldiers over the course of the ongoing conflict.
